Join us for this benefit concert to support the
Community Care Clinic.
Admission is free, but a collection will be taken and 100% of the proceeds
will be contributed to the clinic.
When the Forget Me Nots
first played their fiddles on MHM, they were
in the early years of elementary school. Maura Shawn Scanlin, Willa
Finck, and Ledah Finck are now in high school; and as they have
advanced in age, they have also advanced their reputation. Each is a
first violinist in the Appalachian State Symphony Orchestra, and several
years ago they made their Merlefest
debut. For this concert they will play traditional Celtic and original tunes.
David Finck provides guitar accompaniment for the FMNs.
